Small Things That Change Everything

Small actions add up

I once learned something that stuck with me.

A single bee produces about 1/12 of a teaspoon of honey in her entire life.

Almost nothing.

But thousands of bees, making tiny trips day after day, create something lasting.

It made me think about how culture actually works.

We tend to look for the big initiative. The big moment. The big change.

But that’s not what people remember.

It’s the small things.

A thank you. A question. A few minutes of real attention.

I’ve tried to live by a simple habit over the years: never eat alone.

If I grab a meal or a coffee, I invite someone. And I try to make it about them and what’s going well, or what’s been hard.

You’d be amazed what 30 minutes of quality time and attention will do.

Over time, those moments shape everything.

So here’s a simple question: What small thing could you do today that might make a big difference for someone else?
