Our commitment

At Leaderonomics, we believe learning should be risk-free. Every course sold on our eLearning platform is backed by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If the course does not meet your expectations, we will process a full refund — no complicated forms, no lengthy process.

When you are eligible for a refund

• You request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
• You have not completed more than 30% of the course content.
• This is your first refund request for that specific course.

When a refund will not be issued

• The request is made more than 7 days after the date of purchase
• More than 30% of the course content has been accessed or completed
• A certificate of completion has already been issued for the course
• A refund has already been granted for the same course or order
• The course was purchased via a third-party promotion — please contact that party directly

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (via Stripe). Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Once a refund is approved, your access to the course content will be removed from your account.

Your rights under Malaysian law

Leaderonomics Sdn. Bhd. operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA) of Malaysia. Under the CPA, consumers are entitled to fair redress for services that do not meet the described standard. Our refund policy is designed to meet and exceed those obligations. For disputes, consumers may also approach the Tribunal for Consumer Claims (TTPM) for claims up to RM 25,000.
