This year's theme, The Inner Work of Leadership: Leading from the Inside Out, is a deliberate shift toward the foundation that everything else is built on.

Since 2013, Malaysia Leadership Summit (MLS) has been one of the flagship events under Leaderonomics, a mission-driven organisation dedicated to growing leaders across Asia.
