Part 1

The forms of learning include:

  1. by listening (effectiveness level: 10%)
  2. by seeing (effectiveness level: 20%)
  3. by doing (effectiveness level: 70%)

There are two ways in which you can learn by doing, which are learning by teaching and learning by actually doing it (through failures).

Part 2

Once, Leaderonomics organised a programme where it invited a number of orphans and gave them the opportunity to interact with CEOs and develop and understanding towards business as well as leadership.
