Roshan Thiran of Leaderonomics covers on recruitment process and how it isn’t as straight forward as it seems.

Part 1

Talent acquisition is not merely about recruiting people. It is a process of multiple things; it is about planning for the acquisition of talents, sourcing, assessing, hiring and onboarding.

Part 2

It is believed that one’s behaviour is translated directly into future behaviour. Roshan Thiran likes to do interviews which are behaviourial-based. He uses simulations to identify and assesses his interview candidates’ behaviours. He further adds that he would look for people who have something to give.
