In organisations, political hurdle is the way of life – although you don’t like it, it’s there. To overcome the hurdle, you need to:

  1. recruit somebody who is well-aware of your organisation
  2. identify the ‘devils’

To lead the employees to follow the execution of new strategy, leaders can:

  1. communicate with the employees on the strategy
  2. explain what the strategy is about
  3. ensure that expectations of both parties are managed properly
