This is a podcast on “understanding your life orientations” and how to manage your strengths effectively to succeed in life and work, as discussed by P. R. Kalaivanan, a strategic partner associated with Leaderonomics. He talks about the behavioural profiling LIFO Method which was invented by Dr. Stuart Atkins and Dr. Allan Katcher at the Berkeley University.

For starters, the LIFO Method helped people to understand their behavioural preferences, as well as how to improve themselves, and improve relationships by studying the interaction of each other’s personal styles and strengths.
