Rupa Sivanoli believes that change management is a field of work that helps an organisation move from Point A to Point B. The central ideas of change are to look at the desired outcomes and to map your actions to ensure all employees are geared up towards the new way of working. 2. set up a guiding team
  3. get the vision right
  4. communicate, communicate, communicate!
  5. empower actions
  6. make the change last (by making change as part of your culture)
