One trait that Padalam Kalaivanan has when it comes to achieving goals is the desire to succeed. We must think if we have set ambitious goals or strategies right. To find the right strategies, we should keep learning and keep correcting ourselves.

Padalam believes that if we are facing obstacles, as a manager, if we get our team together, we would be able to find solutions to the obstacles. Also, obstacles are opportunities for us to work with our teams and for us to learn new skills.

He learns to adapt to the career changes that he has been facing in his life through the understanding of his job roles. He makes sure that he would continue doing his job well. He would also learn to acknowledge the gaps that he has in the process of performing his jobs.
