Do you truly Maximise Your Strengths? What would you do if you had a major life-changing experience that leaves you unable to do what you used to do? Take a cue from W Mitchell (who was part of Leaderonomics' BounceBack Summit) and who said that when there are things you can’t do anymore in life, choose to focus on things you can do. In other words, focus on the strengths that you have rather than dwelling on things you don’t have.
