Dr.Karuna is an award winning change leader whose work has been recognized by the World Bank and UNICEF. With nearly four decades of experience in organizational change and transformation, he founded KR Konsulting in 2017, and created CHANGELEADER in 2022.

Dr.Karuna has advised many organisations e.g. Delhi Airports, Hongkong MTR, Hongkong Police, Petronas, Securities Commission Malaysia, Hemas Sri Lanka, Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA), SanDisk Penang, Peninsula Penang and Forward Penang. Key past and current clients in Singapore include IMDA, IPOS, MPA, Mediacorp, Blackline, INFOR and Rhode and Schwarz, DHL etc. In 2023, KRK was acknowledged as one of the Top 10 Organizational Development Consultancies by Asia Business Outlook Magazine.
