Robert Kiyosaki is a world renown American business, financial literacy activist and author. Founder of the Rich Dad Company, Kiyosaki believes that good leadership must be possessed around five elements which he elaborated in this episode of The Leaderonomics Show.

He shared his stories of how he ended his career in the Marine Corps and explored opportunities by creating wealth around the world. He also shared how he reacted when he once found out that his own partner had stolen his portion of wealth.
