  1. the processes are weak – there are no clear-cut processes on how things are supposed to be done.
  2. lack of clarity on roles and responsibilities.
  3. interpersonal skills


The right way to address conflicts are by:

  1. being warriors (identify and address conflicts)
  2. being sensitive to empathise
  3. learning from conflicts
  4. being graceful
