Teaching is a passion of his, and hence, branching out into management and training consultancy was a natural progression for Padalam Kalaivanan, the former MD of Johnson & Johnson, Malaysia.

Padalam Kalaivanan believes that nothing could be more rewarding than sharing your knowledge with people. His passion for teaching started to spark during college, where he entered a teaching competition.

People have enormous power and potentials; it’s up to the leaders to have faith in them, give them more responsibilities and motivate them .
