Even though you may have heard the saying, “Don’t judge a book by its cover”, but the reality is that people do. Our outward appearance is the basis for everything we do, especially in the corporate world.

Radio presenter Freda Liu finds out some of these grooming tips from Leaderonomics faculty trainer, Cynthia Soh of Colour & Style. Among some factors to consider in your total image include colour, body shape and attitude.
