Scuola Superiore is the appellative given to some of the most prestigious and long established universities and learning institutes in Europe. Scuola Superiore is hence associated with “superior studies, higher learning” at their best. 

The Motto

Our motto AD ALTA means “to the summit”. We trust that through the application of rigorous methodology, mind openness, integrity, perseverance our students will progress “to the summit” of their capabilities and capacities, and develop their skills and knowledge to the highest extent.

Scuola Superiore Leaderonomics

SCUOLA SUPERIORE is the academic arm of Leaderonomics.

The programmes offered by Scuola Superiore are based on Leaderonomics believe that Action Learning is the foundation for success in personal and leadership development. Through our experience, we have realized that assignments and experiences are the most significant drivers in developing a person, and that they exercise a much higher influence on learning than formal classroom work and traditional training.

It currently comprises two faculties

Faculty of Business, that offers a practical approach to accelerate leadership development in high potential candidates identified as possible future senior executive by their respective companies.

School of Entrepreneurship, offering practical and examination free programmes that focuse on youth intending to embark on an entrepreneur’s journey

Our approach to leadership and personal development, and the foundation of our programmes is based on this learning ratio:

  • 70 pct practical, projects and application exercises
  • 20 pct mentoring, round tables and role modeling, executive coaching, networking
  • 10 pct formal coursework training
