In line with our desire to bring leadership development to those who need it most, we are working on starting Leaderonomics clubs in schools. Clubs enable us to extend our reach on a wider scale and allow us to bring highly scarce leadership development opportunities to schools. Akin to clubs like scouts, we are in the process of developing a detailed curriculum that will enable clubs to run independently. Our curriculum places much emphasis on experiential learning and project based modules. Results and success will be measured from various angles including project planning, teamwork, project execution, crisis management, impact on stakeholders.
